These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WellHaus.Tech and related services operated by WellHaus Technology, doing business as WellHaus.

• We offer wellness, recovery, and lifestyle services and products through WellHaus West U at 5622 University Blvd, Houston, TX 77005.
• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and make no guaranteed-outcome claims about our services or products.
• Purchases are processed through our payment provider. Membership benefits are confirmed at enrollment.
• Appointments are scheduled in the America/Chicago time zone.

SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program and responsible party

The SMS program is operated by WellHaus Technology, doing business as WellHaus. The campaign purpose is: Customer care and appointment-related communications, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and responses to customer inquiries..

2. Message types

WellHaus Technology sends text messages to customers who have provided the appropriate consent. Depending on the consent provided, messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to customer inquiries, and — only if you have separately consented to marketing — special offers, discounts, membership promotions, and product announcements. We do not send message types that the corresponding campaign has not been approved to cover.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

5. Help (HELP)

For assistance, reply HELP to any message from the program or contact +1 424-362-7228.

6. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this SMS program.

8. Privacy

Your information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Consent is separate and optional

Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are collected through separate, optional checkboxes on our forms. Neither is preselected or required, and providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent. Accepting these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy is not SMS consent. Customer care and appointment-related communications, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and responses to customer inquiries.
